Report a situation of violence

Alix wants to provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ people to report instances of violence in order to identify and review the different forms they may take. We ask that you complete the questionnaire for one instance at a time. If you want to report multiple instances, submit as many forms as you need.

In this questionnaire, Alix allows you to talk about the violence that you experienced in a completely anonymous way.

Did you receive insults? Did you experience sexual assault or street harassment? Did you experience cyber violence or bullying? Did you experience domestic violence? Did you experience lesbophobia, homophobia, biphobia or transphobia? All situations of violence are important to Alix.

Alix hopes that, in filling out this questionnaire, you will have the opportunity to voice what you have experienced. Know that you can reach Interligne at any time. We are here to support and listen to you.

Each report, each story, allows us to better understand the realities and needs of LGBTQ+ victims of violence. Completing this questionnaire will enable us to take action, raise awareness, and tailor available services to your needs.

Alix thanks you for your time and your courage. In the questionnaire, you will see several lower-case (i). They indicate that you can hover your mouse over it to see more information.

We invite you to click on Leave us a comment tab (at the bottom of your screen) to offer any comments or suggestions you may have had when filling out the questionnaire. Do not hesitate to do so, we want this form to be adequately representative of all realities.

To fill out the questionnaire, we suggest to use a computer. A mobile version of the questionnaire will be soon available.
